Hocking Hills State Park, Ohio Travel Diary

Over the summer, my boyfriends and I took a weekend trip to Hocking Hills. Due to COVID-19, I wasn’t able to go on a typical senior trip, so we decided to do this instead. It was definitely an adventure, for neither of us had ever traveled anywhere alone, but it was such a fun experience.

We left early in the morning, and it took a little under two hours to get there. We talked and listened to music on the way there, and the car ride was so much fun.

When we arrived, it became clear that we were very fortunate that I was familiar with the park before our arrival, because we lost all service on our phones and we no longer had access to our GPS.

We hiked 6 trails that day. Our favorite trail was Conkles Hollow.

Later that night we went to a local pizza place for dinner, and then we went home the next morning. We made so many fun memories that weekend, and it was a great trip!
