    During one of our family trips down South, we decided to make a stop in Savannah, Georgia. This is somewhere that I have always wanted to visit, and I was so excited to finally see it. Although the weather was very hot, it was still such a great experience.      One of the first things we saw in the city was the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I was very interested in this, because at the time, I was considering going to art school myself. The appeal of this campus was that it was scattered throughout such a beautiful and creative city.      Along with this, we saw the spot where Forest Gump’s bench was located.     In 2015, my family and I visited Myrtle Beach, SC. We had been visiting this area annually since I was only 4 years old. My parents got engaged and married here, and we loved it. We always went in the off-season until I was in school, when we had to start going in the summers. At this point, it seemed like the beach got more and more packed every time we visited. One time particularly, someone sat so close to my mom on the beach that she swears she could have reached over and touched them.      At this point, we started looking for a new place to vacation. My dad was exploring google maps, and he noticed a beach he had never heard of before. It was only 25 minutes from our hotel, so we decided to go check it out.     For many year, my family and I would make an annual trip to Cincinnati in the summers. This is where by father grew up. Because of this, I love going back and seeing small glimpses of what his life was like growing up.      The first thing we did when we got to the city was walk around the river side. We saw the Roebling suspension bridge as well as the purple people bridge. The weather was beautiful on our first day in the city, so it was perfect for sight-seeing outdoors.      After this, we went into the inner city to explore the many things to see in the area. At this time, we visited the contemporary arts museum. I have a deep love for art, so it was interesting to see this new style of art that I had never really been exposed to previously.      At night time, we went back down to the riverside to look at all of the lights on the bridges and the fountains.
